Got a new washer but the delivery guy wouldn’t hook up the drain because it was an old style hookup and the hose didn’t fit. He also closed the water valve for the washer to put new hoses on. Well if your water valve has been open for many years and it gets closed, guess what happens?

Yep it started to leak.

Called Oscar’s, and set up an appointment. He came at the time we agreed on.

Took care of issues quickly. He also had to replace a water line that was connected to the refrigerator, as that was part of the old hookup.

I’d say he was done in less than an hour with everything. He replaced both hot and cold water valves (because if one goes out, the other is sure to follow).

I made a phone call explained my situation Oscar said he would come by and check it out he didn’t have to but he did others wouldn’t do that they usually charge Oscar took the time to drive down and see what the problem first was he was very informative and helpful I recommend you give him a call when you have a situation in hand.

Another “Sunday Morning” Mishap.
Woke up to shower backing up into toilet in one restroom….and toilet backing up into tub in the other.
Called my “friend” the plumber…but no response..called another plumber I’ve used in the past..again no response.
So I searched Yelp and luckily came across “Osacar’s”…. Answered on first try ..described the problem and had someone at my door within 2hrs.
He got right to work but encountered some unforseen issues. We discussed the problem and he continued above and beyond to try and solve the issue. Due to some old and not so straightforward piping…I agreed to the installment of a new clean out site. 10 minutes later …SUCCESS! The clog cleared!

The work that was provided was quick, clean, and professional…
Oscars was honest and straightforward and even went above and beyond to get the job done right and in a timely manner…..on a SUNDAY!
